Hi, I'm Karina!

Certified run coach, personal trainer, nutritionist, Founder + CEO of Ripps on the Run.

Whether you've landed on this page by chance or you're looking for a coach who can help you hit your running goals without spending hours on the road or in the gym - you're in the right place!

Between myself and my team of run coaches, our goal is to teach you and be your biggest cheerleader, so that you can run off (literally) and use the healthiest training principles possible for the LONG-TERM!

Our team of professionals focus on ALL the aspects that are important to your performance. We’re so much more than a training plan, as we work through both the mental and physical components of your training, so that we don’t leave any stone unturned.

Whether your goal is to get back into running, train for a race, make progress in between races, or stay consistent, we have you covered!
