✔  STEP 1: CHOOSE YOUR START DATE

✔  STEP 2: FILL OUT YOUR QUESTIONNAIRE

After checkout, you will be sent a questionnaire which will inform us of your current training and racing history, as well as your goals, schedule, vacations, other commitments, and more personal details about you!

NOTE: If you would like to buy a plan now and start later, you won't have to fill out the questionnaire right away, as we want to ensure we have an accurate reflection of your training right before we begin your plan.

 

✔  STEP 3: WE BUILD YOUR PLAN

We will then take the time to design and strategically build your fully customized program, which will include:

  • Explanations of each and every type of workout
  • Custom pacing guidelines for all runs
  • Other exercise depending on what equipment you have access to (ex: cross-training, strength training, plyometrics)
  • Tips throughout the entire plan to help you progress, as well as options to flex your plan if unplanned events come up

The program will progressively guide you toward your end goal, while taking into consideration vacations, work, travel, etc. We build training into your life, so that it is never your life to train!

 

✔  STEP 4: YOU CRUSH YOUR GOALS

Once the programming is complete (2 weeks), your program will be published in our online training application, where you can then track all your progress as you go through your plan!

Our application syncs with any watch or heart rate monitor, making it easy for you to follow your plan and see real-time results.
